Thank you for choosing AccuGOLF! We are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, please double-check all shipping details, including the delivery address.
Any changes or corrections to your shipping address must be submitted immediately after placing the order by contacting our customer support team unless the order has already shipped.
Address Errors
In the event that an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, AccuGOLF is not liable for replacing or refunding the product if it cannot be recovered.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an error in the provided address, AccuGOLF cannot assume responsibility for the replacement of the item.
Additional Shipping Charges (Canada Orders)
Please note that certain products not manufactured directly by AccuGOLF—such as hitting mats, enclosures, and projectors—may incur additional shipping charges when delivered to Canadian addresses. These costs are determined by product type, size, and carrier rates. Customers will be notified of any additional shipping fees prior to fulfillment.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before completing the checkout process.
AccuGOLF Warranty Policy
Coverage Period
AccuGOLF provides a 2-year limited warranty on all golf simulator packages, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
What’s Covered?
This warranty applies to the following components included in the AccuGOLF simulator package:
✅ Golf Sensor System (hardware and software)
✅ Accessories (lighting, cables, plugs, and other included peripherals)
If any covered product is found to be defective within the warranty period, AccuGOLF will provide a replacement.
Replacement and Shipping Policy
1. Golf Sensor System
- If the golf sensor system is damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, AccuGOLF will cover the full cost of the replacement, including shipping.
- AccuGOLF will arrange for the replacement unit to be shipped to the customer at no charge.
2. Accessories (Lighting, Cables, Plugs, etc.)
- Accessories included in the package are covered under warranty if they become defective due to normal use.
- However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement accessory.
3. Lost or Self-Damaged Items
- If an item is lost or damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or accidental breakage, the replacement will not be covered under warranty.
- The customer will be responsible for the full cost of the replacement item and shipping fees.
4. International Warranty Service
- For international customers, AccuGOLF will provide warranty coverage for defective products, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs on replacement accessories.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees charged by the destination country will not be covered by AccuGOLF and must be paid by the recipient.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
❌ Lost items or damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or accidental breakage.
❌ Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.
❌ Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage.
❌ Damage resulting from power surges, lightning strikes, or external environmental factors.
❌ Software issues related to third-party applications or unauthorized updates.
How to Request Warranty Service
To request a replacement or warranty service, please contact AccuGOLF Support with:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Description of the issue with photos/videos if applicable
- Shipping address for replacement delivery
