Return Policy
AccuGOLF has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after software activation, or 60 days after receipt receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at gsm@accugolf.us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to designated address from AccuGOLF
Provide us with:
- Your name and contact details (email and cell number)
- Order number
- The reason why you wish to return the product
If your return is accepted by AccuGOLF, we’ll send/provide you:
1. Return Shipping Label, and
2. Instructions on how and where to send your return package.
All returns must be authorized first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages/Non-Returns/Issues
In case of damage upon receipt, please notify AccuGOLF within 48 hours via gsm@accugolf.us. Any decisions regarding return authorization and the provision of replacements or refunds will be made solely by AccuGOLF. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product.
Unused prepaid shipping labels will be considered void if not utilized within sixty (60) days of issuance.
All products approved for return must arrive at our facilities in unused, new condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 15-25% applies to all authorized returns.
Returns of products in damaged condition, with missing parts, or showing signs of misuse may be subject to refusal of refund or additional restocking fees, at AccuGOLF's discretion.
Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
Products returned without prior authorization will be sent back to the sender at their expense, with no replacement or refund provided."
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

AccuGOLF accepts returns within 30 days of use or 60 days of receipt, provided the product is in resalable condition and not damaged.
However, returns or cancellations made with the intent to repurchase at a lower promotional price are not permitted.
Promotional pricing and seasonal discounts apply only to new orders placed during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases, returns, or exchanges.

AccuGOLF Demo Unit Return Policy
At AccuGOLF, we value transparency and customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies for all demo and discounted units.
1. Definition of a Demo Unit:
A Demo Unit is any AccuGOLF system or product that has been used for demonstration, testing, display, or marketing purposes prior to sale.
2. Discounted Demo Unit Sales:
Demo units are often offered at a reduced price to account for prior use or display. Any demo unit sold at a discount of 30% or greater off the retail price is considered a final sale.
3. Return and Refund Eligibility:

Demo units sold at less than 30% off may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Demo units sold at 30% off or more are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstance.

All demo unit sales are sold as-is, but remain covered under AccuGOLF’s standard 2-year warranty for defects and damages not caused by misuse.
4. Warranty Coverage:
Even if sold at a discounted rate, all demo units include the same warranty coverage as new products, ensuring reliable performance and support.
5. Acknowledgment:
By purchasing a demo unit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Demo Unit Return Policy.
AccuGOLF Price Match & Adjustment Policy
At AccuGOLF, we’re committed to offering our customers the best value possible. While we occasionally run special promotions and seasonal sales, our prices are carefully set to reflect the quality, precision, and support that come with every AccuGOLF product.
Price Match Policy
AccuGOLF products are sold exclusively through authorized channels at fixed, minimum advertised prices (MAP). Because of this, we do not offer price matching against unauthorized sellers, marketplace listings, or promotional events that occur after your purchase.
We will, however, review price match requests prior to purchase if:

The lower price is from an authorized AccuGOLF reseller; and

The product is identical in model and warranty coverage.
If approved, a one-time adjustment can be applied to your order before purchase only.
Post-Purchase Price Adjustment Policy
If you purchased a product directly from AccuGOLF and we lower the price within 7 days of your order date, you may request a one-time price adjustment.
To qualify:

The identical item must still be in stock and available for purchase on AccuGOLF.com.

The price reduction must be part of a general sale (not a private, trade-in, or reseller promotion).
After 7 days, price adjustments will not be honored. This policy ensures fairness across all customers and helps us maintain consistent pricing throughout our network.
Why We Limit Adjustments
Our pricing structure is designed to reward early adopters and keep our technology accessible. Frequent or retroactive discounts would increase costs for everyone and make it difficult to offer the premium support, warranty, and updates our customers rely on.
